work with your neurodivergent superpowers, not against them

Executive Function Coaching is different than mental health therapy. Coaching can involve calls, texts, in-home visits, public meet-ups, family intervention, campus tours, or whatever the needs may be. The goal of coaching is to help you master those vital life skills necessary to successful adulthood, including navigating college, dealing with employment struggles, mastering personal hygiene, maintaining healthy social connections, and more. It’s about action and consistency, and it can span multiple areas of your life. Parents sometimes seek executive function coaching for their struggling teens or emerging adults, in which case Daniel is able to work with both parents and client to establish healthy relationship boundaries and success goals.

  • People with ASD or ADHD are good candidates for executive function coaching, but anyone who struggles to manage basic necessary life skills regardless of diagnosis can qualify.

  • Teens, young adults, and adults are all good candidates for effective coaching.

  • It depends on your needs! Coaching can be as often as checking in every day, or as infrequent as checking in twice a month. You will determine the most effective schedule when you have your consultation with Daniel.
